Clearly Whimsy Stamps October Release Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of our ...
October Rubber Stamp and Die Release

Over the next 3 days we will showcase 18*BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets, 3 new Clearly Whimsy clear sets, and 2 Shapeology Die Sets. All of these new products are available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and from selected Whimsy Stamps retailers.
Our design team members have been working hard on their creations featuring these new goodies. We hope you will hop along with us for a chance to win a Whimsy Gift Voucher. Each day, for the next 3 days, we will have a new blog hop, showcasing more of the new release items along with a new chance to win.

I will be showcasing the products from the Clearly Whimsy Stamps line for the next 3 days. For today's card, I started out by taking none other than my distress inks and blending my background. I love the shades of blues and purple together. I then stamped one of the images from the recently released Basic Christmas Backgrounds stamp set repeatedly onto my card panel in a silver ink. I then stamped these super adorable penguins from the Penguins Winter Adventure stamp set for my focal point. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

    Your background is a lovely backdrop for those adorable penguins, Alanna. The blues/purples are so pretty blended together. The silver ink almost looks embossed too. Gosh, are those penguins cute!! :)
