For today's card, I wanted to use this sweet kitty from the Smart Kitty stamp set again. I paired it with an image from a Paper Smooches stamp set. I started by stamping the fish image repeatedly on my background. I then added my Copic colored die cut images onto the panel which is all popped up on fun foam.
You can't really tell but I added some glossy accents to the vase and the clear Wink of Stella to the cat's bow and the flowers and rug. A fun sentiment from the same Paper Smooches stamp sets finishes off the inside of the card.
