Today, I am featuring the fabulous Retro Flowers set. I had so much fun with this set and have two cards to share with you today.
For my first card, I made some masks of the flowers. I then took some bright colors and happily inked my flowers. The entire card panel is popped up on some foam tape. The sentiment is from the same set. I finished off my card with some clear sequins.
For my second card, I had some fun with heat embossing and distress inks. I started by stamping out the flowers in Versamark ink and then heat embossed them with white embossing powder. I then sponged on my distress ink. I couldn't stay away from the sequins but this time, added some colored sequins to match my distress ink.

ReplyDeleteYou showcased the versatility of this set wonderfully with your two great cards, Alanna! I really like the first one with the flowers stamped in different colors. So striking! Then the embossed with the ink colors in the background is equally striking in a different way. Wonderful work!
