Warm Wishes with Whimsy Stamps

Friday, February 9, 2018

Hi friends and happy Friday. My card today features some fun products from Whimsy Stamps.

I first started by heat embossing the retired Winter Afghan stamp set with some white embossing powder.  I then applied ink over this.  I ran this panel through my Big Shot with the Geometric Snowflake die (currently on sale for just $9.99). I love this die as it cuts the outline of the image and then you get all the individual star pieces on the inside.

I ran the die again through my Big Shot, this time with some silver glitter paper. I pieced the insides of the snowflake back inside so that the card is flat.

I finished off the card by heat embossing the sentiment from the Grunge Snowflakes stamp set. And to finish it all off, I added some It's a Party enamel dots

Thanks for dropping by today.  I hope you have a wonderful day and weekend.

This looks neat, Alanna. That cluster of stars is very fun and sparkly. I like the color in the background, too. Great job! Hugs!

What a surprising card! It looks so incredibly complicated, but you explained that it's not that bad! LOL Very cool!!
