My card today uses one of Simon Says Stamp's beautiful rubber background images that they came out with several months ago. The one I used is the Star Flower background. I knew I wanted to heat emboss the image and then do some ink blending over it.
So, that's what I did. I heat embossed it in white and then blended on some soft colors of Distress inks over top of it. I die several of the hugs words and stacked them together for a more dimensional sentiment. I added some Nuvo Drops (which match better in real life than they do in the photo).
And there you have it - a quick and easy card. Crafty hugs!

Lovely card, Alanna. I really like how you ink blended (and the colors you chose for your ink blending. The black added just makes everything pop so nicely. And the Nuvo drops are a nice addition. Great job on this card. :) Hugs!
