DT Projects for TupeloDesignsLLC and a SALE

Tuesday, December 27, 2016

Welcome friends. I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and holiday week. I have two cards to share with you today for TupeloDesignsLLC both using the gorgeous Beautiful Day stamp set from Altenew, with completely different looks.

Before we get to the cards, I wanted to let you know about the special Boxing Day sale that is going on through today at TupeloDesignsLLC.

TUPELODESIGNSLLC IS CELEBRATING BOXING DAY - ALL PRODUCTS IN THE STORE ARE ON SALE 15% OFF FROM DECEMBER 26 – 27 & YOU RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING With no MINIMUM PURCHASE (IN THE USA ONLY) ON EVERYTHING IN THE STORE! USE THE SALE CODE HOLIDAY15 AT CHECKOUT.

For my first card, I started out by stamping the flowers with various colors of Altenew inks from the Red Sunset collection. I then die cut them out and added them onto my die cut card panel.  I heat embossed the sentiment in white which comes from the same Beautiful Day set.

For my second card, I did a bit of ink blending and then stamped my flowers and leaves from the Beautiful Day set. I did a bit of masking. I stamped my sentiment, added some sequins and added the entire card panel with foam tape for dimension.

Thanks so much for visiting today friends. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Beautiful cards, Alanna! I really like the rose on the first one. Great colors and great use of the simple (and lovely) sentiment that pops so well against the black. Love the ink blending on the second card. Nice and CAS! Hope you are enjoying the last few days of 2017 and are ready for a great new year! :) Hugs!

WOW! Your first card is bold and dramatic with the layered rose set atop the black/white background! The second is incredibly pretty; a reminder that outline stamps can be used 'as is'! Inspired to give the second a try once I'm back in my crafting space!
