Happy Friday friends. It's time for a new challenge at CAS-ual Fridays. This time, the challenge is to make gift tags. I've made a trio of tags using lots of fun goodies from CAS-ual Fridays.

I first started by die cutting my tags using the Tag Buddies die collection. I love the shape of these tags. I then did a bit of ink blending on each of the tags in an ombre fashion. I then added some water droplets over my ink blending for a fun effect. After everything was dry, I stamped the sentiments. Aren't these absolutely gorgeous? It does look like these have been retired but Michele has a new stamp set, Snowy Sayings, with similar sentiments and feel to it.  I then added some other touches in the same silver ink -- these images come from the Bold Wishes set. Some twine at the top of the card finish these off.

Here's the challenge graphic. And remember that one winner will be chosen to win a $25 gift certificate to CAS-ual Friday Stamps and if that winner has used CAS-ual Fridays Stamps and/or dies predominantly in the winning entry, the gift certificate increases to a whopping $50!!

Here are links to my teammates blogs. I'm sure they would love it if you paid them a visit.  And a big thank you to each of you for your visit to my blog -- means the world.

Very pretty tags, Alanna. I like the ombre effect in red and the font on your sayings is very nice. Well done! Hope you have a nice weekend.

These tags are fantastic. I love how you used water spots on the ombre red. I want to make these for my gifts to give this year. Love them ;)
