Christmas Card Challenges Week #22

Sunday, May 1, 2016

I have another tag to share with you today for the current challenge at Christmas Card Challenges. As you can see, I used it to house a Starbucks gift card. I loved making this tag and the depth I was able to achieve by adding some of the die cut birch trees on the outside and some underneath the vellum.

This is just stunning!! So, not all of the trees in the background (behind the vellum) are printed on the gift card? I love, love, love the red and white with the simple curving snow banks and peek-a-boo vellum. You hit this one outta the ball park, Alanna!

Oh my gosh, Alanna! This is fantastic. I honestly did not realize that there was a gift card tucked in there. I just saw the snowman in the snow and wondered how you achieved that awesome look. I mean this is seriously one of the most fabulous tags I've seen! I adore the transparency of the vellum with the birch trees embossed on it and the crispness of the red popping in. Fantastic work! :)

That is so clever!! I love that you can just about see the gift card on the inside. It's a beautiful design and I love those birch trees. xx

Wow, love your gorgeous tag Alanna. Very creative way to do the birch trees and have some behind the vellum layer with that cute snowman.
