Christmas Card Challenges #5

Sunday, January 3, 2016

Well, we are in a new year now -- hardly seems possible. And even though Christmas just passed, Christmas Card Challenges will be here each week with a new challenge to help you get a jump start on Christmas 2016.  This week we have a fun color challenge - see the graphic below.

I took this retired Santa image from a MFT set and stamped it and then the sentiment underneath it. I added some glittery red card stock on the side and popped the whole card front up with some fun foam.  Some sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh finish off the card.

Thanks for dropping by today friends.

That is one terrific Santa image. I really like the color you chose and how detailed the image is. The glittery strip off to the side looks very nice, too. :) Happy New Year!!

I so need to try this - I got in a very bad panic at the last minute about how few cards I'd done before Christmas. I'm determined to start sooner this year! I love the Santa in red - it's so simple and effective. Xx
