Mother's Day

Wednesday, June 3, 2015

Before I get to today's card, I'm happy to introduce you to my newest follower, Monica from La Papera Gialla.  Monica makes super cute cards and also is on the Christmas Card Challenges design team with me.

I know we are well past Mother's Day but here is the card I made for my sister-in-law's first Mother's Day. I kept it pretty simple. The main panel is popped up on foam tape.

Thanks for your visit friends.

Very pretty, Alanna. I like the simplicity of the rose in the vase. The leaves look great with the two inks. Very real. I also like the polka dots on the side and those sparkly sequins. :)

Your card is beautiful, Alanna! I love the but of red design on one side, and the flower in a vase is simple but elegant. This is very balanced and appealing! Thanks for the inspiration!!! Hugs!
