A baby shower invitation

Tuesday, January 20, 2015

Do you remember this fun shaker card I posted a couple of weeks ago? Well it was what I was originally thinking I would  make for my sister-in-law's baby shower invitations that I offered to make. However, I quickly realized that it was ridiculous to think that I could make 50 of those. So here is what I ultimately decided on and made. All the information was done on my printer and adhered on the inside.

Oh goodness, that shaker would have been so fun for an invitation, but yeah, making 50 of them would be too much. Your alternative is just as sweet in its own way. Love the colors and the clouds. Great job!

I agree with Jeanne, 50 shaker cards would have been a nightmare! Your simplified version is just as adorable! Your sister in law is lucky! :)

The new version is just as cute, Alanna! It's nice to have the shaker element on the card, but making 50 of the can be daunting!

This is such a fun card for a shower invitation. Still a lot of work I'm sure, but not as much as 50 shaker cards. Love how you are using those circus animals for baby cards.
