Happy Birthday

Happy Friday friends. I'm happy to have Anet as a new follower.

I've got a fun card for you today that uses several distress inks plus a great stencil from MFT.  It's for the current challenge at Sister Act Card Challenge. Did you know that you can link up any type of card over there?  It's always an anything goes challenge, as long as you make a card.

This is one of my cards that I just love -- I can't say that about everything I make but something about this just speaks to me.

Any way, enough of that.  As always, supplies are listed below.

I hope you have a great day and start to the weekend.

Thank you for welcoming me to your Blog Alanna. Your card is just gorgeous, I love the way you distressed the background. That Swirl stamp is beautiful. This will be a pretty Birthday card for a teenager.

I really LOVE this! I have that flourish stamp set but never would have thought to use it the way you did, paired with the colorful stars! Great creativity and I'm going to pin this one for future reference :)

Oh what a beautiful card, Alanna! Those stars are lovely, colored as they are. And that big bold flourish just shines. What a great card!
