Thanks

I picked up a couple of real cheap stencils at Hobby Lobby awhile back. They were not in the paper crafting department but rather the art department. This fun flower one was one of the ones I picked up.

I had fun using my embossing paste and then my husband suggested that I add a pop of color and color one of the flowers in.  So I pulled out a bright pink Copic marker and this is the result.

I had already glued down my thanks die-cut and after coloring the flower, was wishing that it was a bit lower. But there was no way that it was moving.

Hard to believe that another month is coming to a close. I'll be back on Thursday with a special post.

Oooh, I like the pop of pink! And I think the thanks looks great where it is. Nice work, Alanna! It's fun to find things to use in cardmaking that you don't necessarily find in the cardmaking supply aisle. ;)

Pretty card, and that was a good idea of your husband to color one flower in.
