Studio J Wednesday -- Christopher's 8th birthday party

My layout today features pictures taken from Christopher's 8th birthday party last May.  He wanted a Star Wars theme and everyone had a blast playing with the homemade light sabers that we made.

Studio J Wednesday -- A trip on a Ferry

When we went to Washington state a couple of years ago, we took a fairy from our trip to the coast back to Heather's house.  It was such a neat experience, as none of us had ever driven our cars up onto a fairy and then enjoyed the ride.

Lollipop Crafts Challenge -- No Embellishments

I'm really happy with how my card turned out.  Very simple but that's who I am. My card is also for this week's A Passion for Papertrey Challenge which wants to see Valentuine's Day cards.

Chistmas Card Challenges #7

Welcome.  My card today is for this week's challenge at Christmas Card Challenges where the optional challenge in addition to making a holiday or Christmas card is to use flourishes.  I thought this paper from My Minds Eye fit the bill. 

In typical fasion, it's a CAS and quick to make card.  That seems to be all I can fit in lately.

Last August, Devin was able to take the kids camping for a quick trip before schools tarted.  The kids had lots of fun fishing and making smores.

I used some new to me, Echo Park paper that I picked up from Hobby Lobby with a Christmas gift card to there.  So much fun to shop when you're not spending your own money, right?
