Sparkle Creations Christmas Card Challenge #26

Sunday, May 30, 2010

There's a new challenge at Sparkle Creations Christmas Card Challenge, which is to use felt or fabric on your Christmas or holiday card.  I decided to make another pink Christmas card.  I wonder how many pink ones I'll end up with in my stash for Christmas 2010?  Probably quite a few.  :)  I hope you'll head over to the challenge blog and see what the other elves have for you this week and then why don't you get started on this year's cards?  Just about 6 months until the beginning of December.  Gees, where did the last 5 months of the year go?

I'll also enter this card into Fab's Big Christmas Card Challenge.
***Supplies***
Patterned Paper:  Basic Grey

Stamps:  CTMH Christmas Melodies
Other:  PTI felt and ricrac border, CTMH pearls
Did you have a good Saturday?  Ours was good.  Devin had a few graduation parties to go to and I finished my New Moon book and started Eclipse.  Super good.  Laundry got done along with a bit of housecleaning.

Excellent card. The use of the felt ric rac gives a great touch of texture. The paper is lovely and so is your image.

I'm glad you had a great day and got some "you" time in amongst the chores!

A beautiful card! I'm getting a wee jealous that you'll have so many Christmas cards ready to go in a few months. But, I guess I know what I can do about it!!

Glad to hear you took time for YOU!
Hugs!

Love this card, Alanna! Your pink cards are great and the felt is a great touch.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Can't say I mind that the workweek will be short. Bet you aren't sorry either. Enjoy, friend!
