Chalks for Penny's challenges

Wednesday, January 6, 2010

Well, if you couldn't tell by the title, this week's challenge at Penny's challenges is to use chalks on your project.  I have to admit that I had to wipe the dust off my chalks as they have not been used in quite some time.  I didn't do anything fancy with them.  Just a light coloring of the embossed flower portions.

***Supplies***
Other:  Cuttlebug, CTMH chalks and ribbon, MS butterfly punch

Make sure and check out Penny's challenge blog for the other DT member's creations and then why don't you play with us?  Yeah for hump day! See you later.

It may seem like a little detail, but adding that bit of chalk makes the whole card pop! Great job!

Very pretty, Alanna! Love the soft blue and white with the black. Great challenge, too. My chalks are dusty. LOL.

Have a great day!

oh Alanna, these are some of my very favorite colors together! I think the black just pops and the chalking adds such a nice touch to bring it all together!!
