Random stamping for Penny's challenge

Wednesday, November 25, 2009

This week at Penny's challenges, the challenge is to use random stamping with no patterned paper. I have to admit that this is something that I haven't done in a long time. I decided that my Star Struck stamp set from CTMH would be a perfect set for this task, as it has several different images, with all sorts of sizes, a must have when random stamping, in my opinion.

I stamped an 8.5x11 sheet of this paper.  I did take a picture but it was inside and the lighting was horrible so I won't share that.  I will make up some other cards later on using the rest of my random stamped paper.

Stamps: CTMH Star Struck
Other: Cuttlebug, CTMH buttons and waxy flax

I am so excited that this is the last work day for the week for me.  4 glorious days off.  No work and more importantly, no studying.  My parents, brother, and grandpa will be coming to our house for the big feast tomorrow.  I believe the Broncos are playing so we'll probably watch them.  Although, if you are a football fan, you know that my broncos have lost the last 4 games.  Yikes!  We can't have any more of that.

Anyway, I'm hoping for a nice relaxing weekend. I need to spend some time with my family who I sorely neglected this past month.  I'm also hoping to fit in some crafting as well because I am going through major withdrawals.

I hope your Thanksgiving holiday for those in the US is a fabulous one.  I'm hoping to return before Saturday but if not, I'll be back then.
