A masculine card

I found a new challenge over at Amy's blog. Her Scrap or Dare challenge for the week was to use Barn Red, Outdoor Denim, Grey Flannel, and Black. I have to admit that I had a really hard time with this challenge. This simple card took me over an hour to put together. Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll use this for a Father's Day card or to keep and have on hand for a male birthday.

***Supplies***
Stamps: CTMH Vintage Father's Day
Other: Cuttlebug, PTI button

We were originally supposed to go up to Wyoming this weekend to stay in a friend's cabin but of course had to cancel the plans. Since I already had today scheduled as a vacation day, I decided to keep it that way and so now I have a 3 day weekend. I'm not sure what all I hope to get accomplished today. Definitely a little bit of cleaning and paper crafting. I did get my new study software for the next part of the CPA exam so I really need to start hitting the books for that. Yuck. I'm so hoping to be done by Christmas. What a great present that would be.

Anyway, I hope your Friday is a great one.
